Photo Gallery: Omicron Models and Installations
All models are available in high pressure versions to enable installation downstream of house pumps: "PN16" for up to 230 psi, or "PN25" up to 360 psi.
Our most often specified Omicron 21300-10(H) 316L. 21300 references screen area (cm2), -10 micron, (H) horizontal orientation, 316L stainless. A complete skidded system, including flush line pump to boost pressure during backwash cycles. Max flow @ 10 micron: 350 gpm. Drawing

The same model except built for medium high pressure, our PN16 version for up to 230 psi: Omicron 21300-10(H) PN16 316L. Note the flush pump is deleted from the skid: With high pressure systems there is no need to boost pressure during backwash cycles. Drawing
Omicron 10600-10(H) 316L for a max flow rate @ 10 micron of 165 gpm. Space was tight, so the filter was ordered without the factory-built frame and assembled on site. The panel can be seen in the distance, wall-mounted. A simple bucket is here used to detain the discharge from flush cycles to drain. Drawing
Omicron 5300-10(V) 316L for flow rates @ 10 micron up to 60 gpm, or 5300-25(V) 316L @ 25 micron up to 100 gpm). This model is especially suitable for retrofits as it can be moved into place through limited access halls and doorways. The unit can also be manifolded (e.g. x2 or x3) for higher flow rates, with manifold piping supplied as a separate.

Twin manifolds are commonly ordered for two principal reasons:
(1) to accommodate a higher flow rate, (2) for redundancy, partial or full.
Omicron Twin 13200-10(H), here ordered in coated carbon steel, is designed for up to 440 gpm. Drawing

The 21300 series is here seen in a vertical orientation, Omicron Twin 21300-10(V) 316L also for up to 700 gpm. The vertical orientation reduces footprint but requires adequate ceiling height to accommodate the davit that supports the covers when rotated and lifted above the filter housings. Drawing
At this building with two separate points of entry that converged in the center, the single 21300 for the lower flow rate was mounted above the twin 21300 for the higher flow. A platform is required to enable periodic maintenance of the upper filter. (Don't try this at home!)

The perfect storm water system, Omicron 2900UV-50-CP. The UV is factory-integrated downstream of the filter in a consolidated footprint. Circulating pump and pressure sustaining valve are included on the skid. Water flows from bottom to top. The skid is located next to the storm water retention tank and assures a circulating flow in and out of the tank. Drawing
