TX9000 Exceptional Filtration

Single-cartridge technology for premium quality. Ideal for maximum reduction of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) including MTBEs, Trihalomethanes (THMs) and Chlorine Taste and Odor.

  • 0.5 micron filtration
    • Near total reduction of cysts (including Cryptosporidium, Giardia and Entamoeba), oxidized iron, manganese and sulfides, asbestos fibers.
  • 0.5 gallon / minute
    • Use with dedicated faucet.
    • Note: Restricted flow ensures full spectrum contaminant removal. The cold water side of a typical kitchen sink flows at 2.0 gpm.
  • NSF-rated 500 gallon cartridge capacity.
    • Note: Rated capacity is based upon 200% NSF-certified claims if used when the full range of contaminants (VOCs and THMs) certified for reduction are actually present in the raw water filtered.
    • If your water isn’t that loaded with VOCs and THMs (and it probably isn’t), it can be used for much more than 500 gallons.
    • Average longevity: Six months.

How does it work?

  • Granular Activated Carbon chamber purges out organic chemicals, including chlorine, VOCs and THMs.
  • Through Everpure’s exclusive precoat process, water flow automatically coats the unique filter membrane with Micropure®, a proprietary blend of extremely fine activated carbon.
  • Ultrafiltration Membrane Chamber flow removes virtually all (at least 999 parts per thousand) particulates down to 0.5 micron.
